Usha started work as a debt collection agent for Daly straight after school.

Her enthusiasm and ‘can-do’ attitude soon got her noticed and she was promoted to first Administration Clerk. She didn’t stay in that position long, however, as her high work ethic got her promoted again, this time to the position of Quality Assurance in the Auditing department.

“Training is challenging but it has taught me that a positive, upbeat attitude is a great asset”, says Usha, who was shortlisted for the KZN BPESA Call Center Awards as a finalist in the category of Best In-House Trainer earlier this year.
